Cancellation & Refund Policy – 9 StarsGuru

At 9 StarsGuru, we strive to deliver accurate and timely astrology services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before using any paid features of the app.


1. Consultation Bookings

  • All astrology consultations (chat or call) are prepaid and time-based.

  • Once a session begins, no cancellation or refund is allowed unless there is a verified technical issue (such as dropped call or app crash).


2. Wallet Recharge

  • Wallet recharge is a non-refundable transaction.

  • Users can use the wallet amount only for services offered within the app.

  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to bank accounts or other users.


3. Refunds for Failed Transactions

  • In the event of a failed payment (e.g., amount debited but wallet not recharged), the amount will be:

    • Automatically refunded by Razorpay to the original payment source, or

    • Credited to your app wallet within 3–7 business days after verification.

To report a failed payment, email us with your transaction ID at [email protected].


4. Astrologer Unavailability

  • If a session cannot be started due to astrologer unavailability or app downtime:

    • You will not be charged, or

    • Your wallet will be credited with the unused session time.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a valid issue:

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Provide: Full name, phone number, transaction ID, and a short description of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.


6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website.
