  • Digital Reports: Delivered within 24–48 hours via email or app notification, based on astrologer input and service type.


3. Modes of Delivery

All services are delivered via:

  • 9 StarsGuru mobile application

  • Email (for reports, receipts, and confirmations)

  • In-app notifications and downloads


4. Non-Delivery of Services

If a service is not delivered due to:

  • System failure
