3. Account & Wallet
Users must register to access services.
Wallets can be recharged using Razorpay for prepaid consultations.
Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable except in case of failed transactions.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Services are charged on a per-minute or per-session basis.
No refunds once a session starts, unless a technical issue is verified.
5. Consultation Disclaimer
Astrology is a spiritual guidance tool, not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, etc.). 9 StarsGuru is not responsible for decisions made based on consultations.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Abuse, threaten, or harass astrologers or staff
Use offensive or illegal language/content
Exploit, duplicate, or modify the platform or services
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (text, design, logos, code) is owned by 9 StarsGuru. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
9 StarsGuru is not liable for:
Inaccuracies in astrology predictions
Any indirect damages or losses
Service interruptions due to third-party tools or internet issues
